Spring League Coaching Application

This form is only for coaches applying to coach in the spring of 2010.

COACHES MUST HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND INFORMATION TO.

All coaches must have a criminal check to coach in the SMBA. Those coaches that coached in the winter session will not have to have one completed. The fee will be covered by the SMBA.
Please do not go down to the police station until you have been assigned a team or you will have to pay the cost for the check.

There will also be a coaching clinic on Sunday April 11, 2010 that will be mandatory for all coaches to attend. Uniforms will be handed out at this time
